The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade offered at the conclusion of the employment contract to the employee future to provide only a passport or other identity document and the application for admission to the main place of work, and instead work book - resume.

This is stated in the draft law, which is posted on the site office.

 

In the case of the adoption of the law in the proposed wording of its project at the conclusion of the employment contract citizen will be required to provide only a passport or other identity document and the application for admission to the main job.

Instead, employment record potential job seekers may submit the information in any form (CV), as well as specifications and other documents describing previous work.

Accounting for employee's work will be carried out in electronic form in the register of the State Register of insured persons of compulsory state social insurance.

Also, according to the draft the basic document confirming the work experience will be personalized information from the data of the employee confirming the payment of social security contributions.

The project envisages that for the period until 2004 the seniority can be confirmed in the workbook.

The adoption of the document, according to developers, will reduce the costs of employers to conduct staffing issues due to the abolition of work books, and give business the overall economic effect of about 500 mln. UAH.

Depending on the number of employees medium and large enterprises can save annually about 220 million UAH the deposit of labor books.
