Nataliya Khomenko is a professional in their field and inspirer of the company. Nataliya  more than 10 years working in the alcohol business and FMCG field in leadership positions. She is a recognized expert in the field of state regulation of excise goods, as well as specializes in complex projects, accompanied by FMCG, retail and wholesale trade, HR and labor rights, protection of personal data, public-private partnership (PPP), GR and the anti-corruption legislation.

Nataliya  also has extensive industry knowledge in media law, trade, publishing, pharmaceutical, insurance sector, real estate, licensing, permits, enforcement proceedings and bankruptcy.

Years of experience Natalia includes protecting the interests of clients in commercial and corporate disputes, representing clients in courts of all levels.

N. Khomenko not only has a huge 14-years of practical experience, but also considerable theoretical, since more than 4 years of teaching investment, business, economic and procedural law, legal support of quality products and topical issues of contract law at the Law Faculty of the Kiev National Economic University named after V. Hetman and brought more than a thousand young lawyers.

It also has 2 years the scientific adviser of the Verkhovna Rada Committee of the budget and a consultant of the national deputy of Ukraine - the chairman of the subcommittee on procedure.

Under her leadership, we conducted the first large-scale regional public hearings on the draft Tax Code of Ukraine, logged more than 200 comments and suggestions recorded profile committee of the Verkhovna Rada in the finalization of the Tax Code.

Led by Nataliya Association of Entrepreneurs was part of the Council of Entrepreneurs under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Public Council under the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, Ministry of Economic Development of Ukraine and a number of other bodies of executive power of Ukraine.

From 2007 to 2013 N. Khomenko was Deputy Chairman of the Coordination Council of Lawyers at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, head of the sector of lawmaking.

Also Nataliya is a member of the working group on Regulatory Policy, Small and Medium Business Council of Entrepreneurs under the Cabinet of Ministers, the focal point for cooperation with the European Business Association, as well as a number of international funds.

Currently, N. Khomenko also a member of the Bar Association of Ukraine and the Association of Attorneys-at-law of Ukraine.

Nataliya  is the co-author of the textbook "Business trainings for economists" and the author of over 100 scientific articles and publications.
